What will you be doing?

• Establishing of required work information template and reporting format.

• Extraction of requirements across APAC for the Regional Request for Proposal.

• Collate and Analyse As Is and To Be status for Projects.

• Engagement of Customers involved in project implementation.

• End to end process from initiation to post execution hyper care stage of projects.

• To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and align with the workplace safety and health and security policy.

• Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will require a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization. Successful candidates would need the following:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Supply Chain Management.

• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain Management operations with preferably fresh graduate.

• Good Presentation, Business Acumen and Stakeholders management skills.

• Proficient in MS office, relevant Business Intelligence and ERP platforms Familiar with SAP, AX, BI tool, SFDC etc Big Data, MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word Project etc.

• Good analytical, meticulous to details and project management skills.

• Basic knowledge in Lean methodology and AGILE preferred.
