Consolidate weekly open RFQ list from dashboard to enhance the quoting efficiency
Assist in analyzing cost delta, price changes, and supplier quotations.
Support on supplier onboarding, including vendor code creation and PGr maintenance
Maintain quotation database to let internal customers easily access to
Maintain IIPECs (CoG savings tracking)
Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs
Education and Experience:
Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Finance is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Skills
Technical skills: SAP, MS offices
Reporting skills: Capability of consolidating validation result for next step actions

This is a 12-month contract
This is a 3rd party headcount, where incumbent's payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency
