Job Description Summary:

Setup and execute Supply Chain Planning and Wafer Qualification activities across different sections of the supply chain.

Job Description:

Provide leadership and insights into material planning and movement to meet customer demands. Develop and streamline material planning system. Collaborate with product engineering and R&D team to translate requirements into operational executions. Coordinate wafer qualification activities across different vendors and products to enable timely analysis of device failures.

Qualifications:

Energetic with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Able to articulate concepts and technical information to audience of different levels. Important personality traits: Ability to adapt to high stress situation; resilient and willing to learn. Resourceful and perseverant in seeking and addressing root cause. Expert in supply chain planning systems (e.g. Oracle) and usage of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel automation. Proficiency in LEAN manufacturing and engineering tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SQC, DMAIC, etc.), Qualification systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, etc.), data analysis software (JMP, Minitab, Weibull++, etc.). Knowledge of semiconductor devices and materials, failure analysis techniques and statistical knowledge will be advantageous.
