As Supply Chain Scheduling Lead, you’ll play a critical role in balancing supply reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory constraints. Leading the Supply Chain Process Centric Unit (PCU), you will ensure robust production schedules, effective planning processes, and seamless cross-functional coordination to deliver results across the manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to drive improvements in site supply performance while developing and coaching the PCU team.

Your job, as Supply Chain Scheduling Lead within our Supply Chain PCU, will be to lead site-level scheduling strategy, ensure schedule reliability, and contribute to operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Supply Chain PCU and represent the function in site-level planning and performance meetings (e.g., Supply Chain QDCI Level 2, S&OE)
- Own the Master Production Schedule, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory and business constraints
- Oversee firm horizon planning, sequencing of orders, and management of short-term changes (e.g., yield, delays, scrap)
- Drive frozen horizon planning and campaigning to optimize supply security and cost effectiveness
- Ensure alignment and effective communication between global supply planning and site scheduling
- Monitor schedule adherence, shelf-life, and performance KPIs such as batches released, cycle time, and schedule changes
- Act as SAP Key User for the Production Planning module, ensuring data integrity and decision-making support
- Champion continuous improvement by escalating process/data opportunities and applying SMS 2.0 standards through regular Gemba walks
- Support capability and capacity analysis, annual planning, and budgeting cycles
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, specifically within GMP manufacturing environments
- Strong background in supply chain management, with proven expertise in GMP production scheduling and shopfloor execution
- Proficient in planning tools and ERP systems (SAP), with a strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Skilled in cross-functional alignment, decision-making, and prioritization in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Ability to promote structured decision-making at the appropriate organizational level (DAI approach)
- Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., schedule adherence, material release, inventory write-offs)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- CSCP or APICS certification preferred
