About the RoleThe Modulus Singapore Supply Chain Intern will support the supply chain team in delivering data-driven insights to improve site supply planning and logistics processes. The intern will contribute to building a resilient and adaptable supply chain capable of supporting NPI materials through to commercial supply. Working closely with cross-functional teams including production, manufacturing technology, engineering, safety, and quality, the intern will play an active role in implementing a fit-for-purpose supply & logistics operating model.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the supply chain team in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose supply & logistics strategies
Maintain and manage supply planning and material master data; during the project phase, act as supply chain user representative for master data setup, planning parameter definition, UAT, and training development
Design and set up reporting metrics for internal performance monitoring and external service providers (e.g. on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, inventory turns)
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to deliver actionable supply chain insights
Support value stream mapping to identify process gaps, waste, and improvement opportunities
Derive insights from logistics data across availability, sourcing, distribution, and supplier management
Ensure adherence to cGMP and all Sanofi Quality, Safety, and Compliance requirements
Explore and promote adoption of AI and digital tools within the supply chain function
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and lean/VSM concepts is advantageous
Eager to learn new technologies and digital tools including AI
Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
Hands-on exposure to both NPI and commercial supply chain operations
