This position plays an important role in supporting the logistics and supply chain activities across the various cross-functional teams to deliver the industry’s most innovative games and experiences to come to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory monitoring. 
  • Issue purchase orders and support transactional activities in the ERP system. 
  • Fulfil customer orders with timely and accurate order processing and excellent service. 
  • Coordinate to ensure the completeness of shipping documents
    while assuring compliance of import requirements 
  • Ensure smooth supply chain operations by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements. 
  • Manage backlog, analyse and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on-time shipments to avoid additional charges. 
  • Heads up strategic transportation initiatives for fulfilment operations 
  • Selects carriers, transportation routes, and other key aspects of getting shipments from the warehouse dock door out to the customers' locations 
  • Negotiates rates and terms with transportation providers 
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes. 
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned 

 

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • At least 3 years of related experience working in a distribution environment with extensive knowledge of Forward & Reverse logistics processes and preferably, product warranty.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application – MS Outlook and Excel
  • Business systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
