At LAI Games, we design, develop, and manufacture our games through our own factory and manufacturing partners. This role plays a key part in managing the end-to-end supply chain execution, with a strong focus on customer service, supplier management, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination. Working closely with customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams, the role ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, materials and products are available as required, and shipments are efficiently arranged to support the delivery of LAI Games’ innovative and engaging games and experiences to players around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on end-to-end supply chain activities, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory monitoring.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, production status, lead times, delivery schedules, and outstanding commitments.
  • Fulfil customer orders with timely and accurate order processing and excellent service.
  • Selects carriers, transportation routes, and other key aspects of getting shipments from the warehouse dock door out to the customers' locations
  • Negotiates rates and terms with transportation providers
  • Coordinate to ensure the completeness of shipping documents while assuring compliance of import/export requirements
  • Manage backlog, analyse and resolve operational issues that may prevent on-time shipments to avoid additional charges.
  • Heads up strategic transportation initiatives for fulfilment operations
  • Selects carriers, transportation routes, and other key aspects of getting shipments from the warehouse dock door out to the customers' locations
  • Negotiates rates and terms with transportation providers
  • Act as a key point of contact for order-related matters, providing timely updates and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, customer service, planning and purchasing, logistics, order management, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing customer orders and coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment.
  • Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
  • Good understanding of inventory, planning, purchasing, production, and logistics processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and proactively resolve operational issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is a must.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communicate skills
  • Business systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint, etc.)

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • High sense of urgency to achieve goals, great communication skills, willing to learn, works well under pressure, customer focused, team player
  • This is a maternity cover role for a period of 10 months.
