Processes vendor, intercompany, purchase order, non-purchase order, and expense claim invoices. Ensures accurate ERP coding, GST treatment, documentation, and approvals. Performs accounts payable reconciliations, addresses stakeholder and vendor queries, prepares payment proposals, and processes internet banking payments. Requires independent, detail-oriented work, strong communication, prioritization, and deadline management, along with a diploma in accountancy and at least five years of hands-on accounting experience.

Manages end-to-end supply chain execution, including purchasing, supplier and manufacturing coordination, inventory monitoring, customer order fulfillment, transportation planning, freight negotiations, shipment documentation, and import/export compliance. Resolves operational issues affecting delivery performance, manages order backlogs, supports strategic transportation initiatives, and communicates order updates to customers and internal stakeholders. This is a 10-month maternity cover role.
