Job Description

Position Summary: To ensure the accurate handling of customers’ shipping orders – to ensure precision and adherence to instructions – in accordance with established procedures; and maintain the supplies and facility to cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process all shipping orders in a timely manner.
  • Complete the distribution check-list according to project instructions.
  • Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions.
  • Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately.
  • Perform all processes in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standards.
  • Complete regular reports (as required by Management or client) pertaining to relevant work area(s).
  • Maintain proper documentation for all processes conducted/performed and updating of contact listings, checklist; generate and compile reports as requested, archiving study files and corresponding on import documentations.
  • Assist management in any other matters as required.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • GCE “N”- or “O”-Levels Pass / Relevant 1 to 2 years of experience in Logistics/ Order processing

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Requires computer literacy and meticulous, attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates English literacy and basic numeracy.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Schedule:

  • 0830 AM to 1730 PM core hours, additional hours as required.
