What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with Canva preferred but not a must.

Impact You'll Make:

  • This role reports directly to the HR Business Partner and encompasses responsibilities in employer branding, employee engagement, training and development, and HR compliance.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities to cultivate a positive organizational culture.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement, overall experience, and motivation.
  • Assist in HR operations, including the review and update of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms and company website to promote employer branding.
  • Facilitate workshops, training seminars, and company events.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support the team as needed.
This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
