ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic PMO team at Income drives high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future direction. We lead cross-functional strategic projects identified by the Executive Committee and Board, focusing on segments such as business transformation and process improvement. Our team works closely together to deliver meaningful change and competitive advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in project reviews and help identify delivery risks.
- Support tracking and reporting of strategic project progress.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support project decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Strategic PMO team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing any undergraduate degree, with an interest in business, strategy, or technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – essential for day-to-day work in the Strategic PMO
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
- Clear and confident communicator; comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, and asking questions
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, even when they’re new or unfamiliar
- Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative team and contributes positively to team culture
