The Market Conduct Compliance intern supports the team in supporting the review and enhancement of the analytics model, reviewing of transactions and assisting with investigations to detect potential reps with potential market misconducts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in how financial institutions pro-actively monitor the sales quality of the transactions performed by the representatives and protect the interests of our clients.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in enhancement of the analytics model.
  • Conduct thematics reviews in relation to the sales quality of the transactions performed by the representatives  
  • Handle queries from Business Units promptly.
  • Participate in Market Conduct related projects and/or undertake tasks assigned from time to time.  

Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Data Science / Data Analytics, Information Systems / Business Analytics, Business, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.  
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.  
  • Curious and proactive learner, adaptable to change, demonstrates integrity, and shows initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.  
  • Take ownership to optimize results and be detail-minded.
