Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
This is a generalist internship, designed for someone who is genuinely curious and not yet sure which lane they want to commit to. You will rotate through projects across Product, Marketing & Social, Business Development, Data & Insights, and Operations — contributing to real work on real client and internal initiatives. You will sit close to the people building, selling, and running GrowthDesk, and leave with a clear-eyed view of what good looks like in each function.
What You'll Do
- Product & MarTech: Support the team using SKALE and Pulse — testing features, helping QA new releases, and pulling together feedback.
- Marketing & Social: Contribute to organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, help draft case studies, and assist with campaign planning.
- Business Development: Run market and account research on prospect FMCG, Real Estate, and Healthcare brands, build target lists, and support pitch and proposal preparation.
- Data & Insights: Help turn raw data from Pulse into clean charts, decks, and short written takeaways for the commercial team.
- Operations: Pitch in on internal projects — process improvements, AI-enabled workflow experiments, event prep.
- Own a project: By the end of the internship, take the lead on one small end-to-end project of your own, scoped with your manager.

What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in any discipline. We care more about how you think than what you studied.
- Genuine curiosity about marketing, technology, data, and how brands grow.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and unafraid of picking up new tools (including AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Resourceful and self-directed — you can take a vague brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and come back with a sensible first draft.
- A growth mindset, a high standard for your own work, and a willingness to give and receive direct feedback.
Nice to Have
- Prior internship, club, society, or side-project experience where you owned something end-to-end.
- Exposure to social media content, basic data analysis (Excel / Sheets / SQL), or design tools (Canva / Figma).
- Interest in Southeast Asia's consumer, retail, or property markets.
