Plaud is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations. You’ll learn end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment while working closely with the TA team to deliver high-quality execution.
High-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance.
What You Will DoBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy.
Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates.
Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed.
Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly.
High attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy.
Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
