Summer 2025 Internship - B2B Sales Operations (APAC)

Internship Dates: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025 (You must be available to work full-time during this period). This role is hybrid, based in our Singapore office.

About the Role:
Our B2B Sales Operations and Strategy Internship gives you the opportunity to work right alongside successful sales representatives as they connect clients to our award-winning products day after day. You will report into the Sales Operations Director.
You Will:

  • Work alongside the APAC Director of Sales Operations and APAC Director for Client Retention

  • Manage an analytical project and handle large amounts of data

  • Normalize data with inconsistent format and build a data warehouse

  • Perform ongoing forecast accuracy analysis and retention rate analysis

  • Handle both Quantitative and Qualitative Data study

  • Assist to evaluate current workflow processes and suggest improvements via automation.

You Have:

  • Completed at least two years of school, working towards a bachelor's degree

  • Previous relevant internship or part-time work experience

  • A high level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment

  • Competency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Strong knowledge of Data Analytical tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Power Query, Advanced Excel Skills, Tableau)

  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills

  • Strong work ethic and are motivated by results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time
