What we will count on you to do

Practice Management
  • Support Industry and Capability Heads with day-to-day practice management
  • Act as a central point of contact for practice staff and support departments
  • Own PMO responsibilities: track actions, ensure follow-up, and support ad-hoc initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate special projects aligned with practice strategic priorities, leveraging resources across regional teams and the broader firm
  • Support practice heads with communications and material preparation for regional and global meetings
  • Collaborate seamlessly with support functions on reporting, investment budget tracking, and process compliance
  • Serve as the key liaison for Partners, including those outside the core practice, for accessing practice content, talent, and capabilities
  • Plan and manage all internal practice meetings and events, including Partner meetings, staff updates, offsites, and social calendars
  • Coordinate with Finance, Knowledge Management, and Talent Analytics to develop MIS insights supporting strategy and brand-building efforts
  • Maintain an informal pulse on team sentiment and escalate issues as needed
Commercial Effectiveness Support
  • Provide client and business development (BD) support, driving practice commercial effectiveness priorities
  • Collaborate closely with the Asia BD Manager to leverage pipeline data, conduct opportunity analyses, lead the execution of key client account management strategies, and identify areas for improving business development processes.
  • Collaborate across Oliver Wyman and Marsh departments to support client and operational requests
  • Manage RFP and proposal processes to support commercial pursuits
Business Impact Support
  • Represent the practice as part of the APR Business Impact Team, championing regional and global best practices and process adherence
  • Support implementation and follow-up of key business processes such as annual key client reviews and Partner year-end activities
  • Lead change-management initiatives and implementation of strategic priorities

What you’ll need to have

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic project management, preferably within consulting or professional services
  • Strong ownership mindset and client service focus
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and business-critical issues with discretion
  • Skilled in creating compelling business presentations
  • Sense of urgency and sound decision-making ability under pressure
  • Resilience in managing challenging senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Execution-focused with a commitment to getting the job done
