DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Direct strategy projects, leading to actionable outcomes for senior leaders to take forward. Direct strategic thinking and approach on projects, guide team by applying structured problem-solving. Craft and deliver clear and coherent datadriven narratives, to enable senior stakeholder buy-in on key opportunities and recommendations. Act as an objective thought partner to project stakeholders and support influencing strategic agenda. Stay abreast of market trends and provide thought leadership. Bring new ideas to the attention of business leaders. Lead and support broader team efforts, including recruiting, development, and performance management of junior talent on the team. Assess growth opportunities - geographic, industry or product. Inform product or solutions strategic roadmap by identifying unmet or emerging client needs. Refine client segmentation and client coverage models. Understand emerging trends or new entrants to evaluate impact and potential action. Assess operating models for optimization opportunities, including redesign or automation. Support creation of CEO-level executive communications for events like JPMC Investor Day or JPMC Operating Committee (OC) Strategy Offsite.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Strategy Manager, Corporate Strategy, Consultant, CEO, Business Technology Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Strategy Manager, Corporate Strategy, Consultant, CEO, Business Technology Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Leading project engagements sponsored by senior client leaders (including C-suite level executives) at a management consulting firm, or at an internal consulting / corporate strategy team; Defining, structuring, and developing solutions for complex business issues including Mergers & Acquisitions, and executing organic and inorganic growth opportunities; Performing business, technology, operations, and strategic analysis of company processes, operating models, and growth strategies in Financial Services or Tech or Oil & Gas; Applying advanced economic and financial analysis theories such as competitive cost and decision analysis, capability assessment, portfolio review based on financial reports, and experience and scale curve analysis; Designing and executing financial modeling, incorporating benchmark data, including Return on Investment, Financial Forecasting (across international markets), Acquisition Synergies, Cost Behavior; Collecting data from various external sources (e.g., CapIQ, S&P/Coalition, Dealogic) and internal databases, using Alteryx or SQL queries to select, filter, join, and aggregate data and commit them to production dashboards, visualizations, and interactive tables, using Tableau; Excel functionality including pivot tables, data tables, Solver, Goal Seek, and VBA; setting and reporting delivery against strategy project plans, using Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell; and Delivering clear and impactful written and verbal presentations to global stakeholders (including local in- country leadership in APAC, EMEA, and Americas), leading to investment decisions.

Full-Time. Salary: $215,000 - $235,000 per year.
