Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Strategic Projects & Operations Excellence Associate to support strategic initiatives across business operations and program delivery. This role will play a critical part in coordinating business account reviews, driving project management efforts, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Review Management
- Lead the coordination of business account reviews by consolidating inputs and performance metrics from multiple workstreams.
- Maintain a regular cadence for reporting and presenting account health to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a unified view of account performance and areas for action.
- Provide project management support, from presales to initiation, and planning through execution.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
- Support adhoc projects as assigned
- Support in analyzing existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop scalable processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements and monitor effectiveness over time.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating tools, templates, and frameworks for efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a business, technology or operations setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project).
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies in matrix project organisations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or equivalent).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
