In this Start-Up Financing Specialist role, associates will get the opportunity to showcase Startup Financing solutions under FS Capital on behalf of Funding Societies Pte Ltd as the best solution provider to meet our customers’ financing requirements and to grow together with their business. This role is critical as qualifying associates will be FS’s engine to help scale up new businesses with our existing and newly launched products.

What you will do:

  • Solicit new business loan opportunities, focusing on Startup Financing, through active acquisition.
  • Understand the business life cycle of SMEs to help them expand their reach and support their growth, translating customer’s objectives into Startup Financing solutions.
  • Demonstrate basic credit knowledge with the ability to mitigate financing risk in the context of Startup Financing.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business in the Startup Financing sector.
  • Telesales activities required.
  • Achieve submission targets for Startup Financing as outlined in performance KPIs.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications for Startup Financing.
  • Minimize errors in Startup Financing submissions.
  • Maintain weekly consistency in Startup Financing submissions.
  • Ensure acceptance rate as outlined in the performance KPIs.
  • Ensure client’s experience via effective feedback collection for continuous improvement. 
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Min 1 year experience in B2B (Need not be related to SME lending business).
  • Curious self-starter with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product knowledge, specifically Startup Financing.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented working attitude.
  • Ability to achieve quantitative KPIs related to Startup Financing submissions and disbursements.
