Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
• Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Technical: 9+ years of Strong expertise in ML and full-stack development is essential to guide the technical direction and architecture. Skills required Python, Javascript, SQL.
  System Design and Architecture: Ability to design scalable, robust, and efficient ML systems that integrate with the full tech stack. This includes selecting the right technologies, designing infrastructure, and ensuring reliability and scalability.
  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges across both the ML and software engineering aspects.
  Innovative Thinking: Continuously exploring new trends in ML, AI, and full-stack engineering to drive innovation and keep the team ahead of the curve.
  Leadership & Communication:
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Mentorship experience, guiding junior team members in technical development and best practices.
