We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Liftoff DSP’s largest enterprise customers, especially in APAC. This role is based in Beijing/ Singapore and will focus on building, scoping, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions — with an emphasis on API-based workflows and developer-centric tools — to meet the complex needs of high-value accounts. This role will report to Group PM - Workflow and will require moderate to heavy travel (at least once a quarter). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply engage with customer groups’ developers and technical leaders to understand their integration needs and pain points; partner with sales and customer success to understand enterprise requirements and support technical evaluations/ scoping.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise developer teams to understand their workflow and challenges; run regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise customers
  • Drive the development of industry-specific API features and compliance capabilities 
  • Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities
  • Partner with workflow product and engineering teams to build enterprise-grade API features, security controls, and deployment tools - balancing security requirements with developer experience.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, risk mitigation, and dependency management in complex multi-team projects; working closely with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management or technical program/product roles
  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers on API-driven solutions, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Experience launching and scaling enterprise API products
  • Background in adtech strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong technical acumen: able to interface effectively with engineering teams and enterprise developers.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Bonus:

  • Experience with e-commerce, consumer data platforms, or iGaming.

Location: 

This role is eligible for full-time work onsite at our Singapore or Beijing hub. We require our team members to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

Travel Expectations:

Role expectations: This role will be interfacing with global product and engineering teams, and travel is expected to Redwood City and/or Singapore or Beijing at least quarterly. 

In addition, we offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to offsites, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation: 

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate's location and experience.

The following is our base salary range for this role: 165,000 to 195,000 SGD
