The Senior Specialist, Global Facilities Operations Program & Business Analytics coordinates initiatives. They support data-driven decisions and lead organizational change management (OCM) at Micron's global manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities
Program, Analytics, and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve global performance dashboards, benchmark trending, and executive-ready reports.
- Maintain project, program, and achievement tracking tools.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Assist with automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
Leading Organizational Change and Driving Adoption
- Partner with global program leads to plan, complete, and sustain organizational change initiatives.
- Assess change impacts to site teams and collaborators.
- Develop and deliver change enablement artifacts.
- Coordinate site onboarding and rollout activities.
- Supervise adoption, compliance, and efficiency.
Teamwork & Collaborator Engagement
- Collaborate with site teams, program owners, and partners.
- Promote regular feedback exchanges and ongoing refinement.
Oversight, Regulatory Alignment, and Continuous Advancement
- Support data reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Reinforce standard work and governance cadence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills paired with effective presentation skills.
