Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager – Cybersecurity (Asia Pacific) 

Singapore 

 

We are building a region‑defining cybersecurity business across Asia Pacific and are looking for a senior enterprise sales leader to help scale it. 

This is a strategic role, focused on selling cybersecurity and operational technology (OT) security solutions into some of the largest and most complex organisations in the region — including National Oil Companies (NOCs), energy majors, petrochemical firms, and industrial enterprises. 

The role is currently approved at Senior Sales Manager level, however we are seeking a Sales Directorcalibre individual. If the right candidate is identified, the role level will be uplifted accordingly. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and execute the Asia Pacific cybersecurity sales strategy 
  • Lead and develop a direct regional sales team of 4–6 Enterprise Cyber Sales Professionals  
  • Influence the wider team of over 100 Sales & Sales support professionals 
  • Sell complex, multiyear solutions at Csuite level (CIO, CISO, CTO, COO, CEO) 
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategically important customers 
  • Build trusted relationships with National Oil Companies and large industrial groups 
  • Deliver sustainable pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and AOP commitments 
  • Operate effectively within a large, matrixed global organisation 

 

Who You’ll Be Selling To 

Customers include organisations such as: 

  • NOC’s such as: Petronas, PTT, PetroVietnam, Pertamina & Petron 
  • ENEOS, Idemitsu, GS Caltex, LG Chem and other chaebolaffiliated companies 
  • Giga Factory OEM’s, Regional Private Enterprises 
  • Pharmaceutical, Power, Energy and Industrial subsidiaries across Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and the Pacific 
Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For 

  • 10+ years in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or complex solution sales 

  • Proven success closing large, multistakeholder enterprise deals 

  • Credibility selling at Csuite and board level 

  • Experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, or regulated industries 

  • Prior regional leadership experience in Asia Pacific 

  • Background with major software, cybersecurity vendors, or large consulting firms  

This role is not suitable for transactional or SMB sales profiles.
