About the Role

Job Description

As an integral member of our Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager, ASEAN, will be responsible for strategic marketing planning and hands-on program execution to meet demand generation goals for the region.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities will include collaboration with global and regional teams to weave together multiple marketing disciplines that speak to the needs of our buyers and are brand consistent.

Other specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing, with sales and other internal stakeholders.
  • Own and execute segment-based plan, integrated marketing campaigns and programmes in ASEAN.
  • Collaborate with various external and internal teams, to drive programmes that meet marketing goals and create positive audience experience.
  • Communicate key campaigns and priorities to internal constituents including product marketing, sales teams, and third parties.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

    Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.
    Experience

    • At least 12 years B2B Marketing enterprise software experience preferred in ASEAN market.

    • Experience in building, driving and executing ABM and executive programmes in ASEAN market.

    • Experience in building solid peer relationships to influence key stakeholders.

    • Proven executive stakeholder engagement.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

    • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to details.

    • Must be hands on, enthusiastic, and a well-organised self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

    • Working knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com and Marketo.

    • Experience working within a SaaS company is highly desirable.

    • Ability to speak Bahasa is highly desirable.

    • Willing to travel within ASEAN, within APJ and HQ (USA) occasionally.
