What you'll do

Marketing Automation & Technology

  • Manage DV’s marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Splash, etc.
  • Execute and optimize email campaigns, nurture journeys, and lead generation programs across Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • Build email templates and landing pages in HubSpot and Marketo; conduct A/B testing to continuously improve engagement and conversions
  • Manage marketing technology stack configuration, integration of different technologies, and platform migrations
  • Implement and optimize forms, workflows, and automations for website and events

Operations & Lead Management

  • Serve as the Marketing team lead for marketing journeys
  • Partner with sales operations and commercial teams on target account identification, lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes to drive high-value opportunities
  • Support integrations between marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring proper lead routing and data flow
  • Develop and maintain ABM operational strategy and automation infrastructure and account-based nurture campaigns, together with the solutions marketing team
  • Create operations documentation and assess new technologies to improve personalization, efficiency and ROI
  • Integrate AI into relevant processes that can be automated

Data Governance & Analytics

  • Manage marketing performance reporting and provide data-driven program and channel optimization recommendations
  • Execute database cleanup plans and improve audience segmentation
  • Ensure compliance with data consent, DV’s data privacy policies and email opt-in requirements
  • Ensure data integrity across all digital channels; own team-wide tracking and data management (e.g., UTM codes, GA4 data, etc.)

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a small team of marketing operations team members

Who You Are

  • 2+ years working in Marketo; 6+ years in Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, MailChimp)
  • Strong experience with ABM and inbound lead strategies, Salesforce integrations, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Monday.com/Asana or similar project management platform
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing marketing operations professionals (including people and project management)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to code emails in HTML and CSS
  • Marketo, HubSpot and/or other MAP certification
  • B2B experience preferred; martech/ad tech background a big plus

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $106,000 to $201,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
