Job Description

The Senior Manager is tasked with developing strategic engineering plans to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, overseeing new product introductions (NPI), design transfers, and major projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·       Key responsibilities: The position involves managing site engineering activities, initiating projects to improve operational capabilities, leading material localization efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams for engineering support, guiding project teams in NPI and product transfers, and driving yield improvements and cost reductions.

·       Qualifications and skills: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, have at least 15 years of manufacturing engineering experience including 5 years in team management within a multinational manufacturing environment, and possess expertise in NPI design transfer, project management, Lean Six Sigma, regulatory standards, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
