  • Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant delivery of benefits and pay.

  • Provide guidance on local compliance requirements and support adherence to employment regulations in APAC.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee relations matters and day-to-day people topics, escalating complex or high-risk issues to global HR or Employee Relations partners as appropriate.

  • Partner with regional leaders to support performance management, feedback conversations, and policy application.

  • Promote a culture of feedback, transparency, and inclusion aligned with company values.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with global recruiters to support hiring efforts in the APAC region.

  • Deliver localized onboarding efforts and ensure new hires are set up for success.

Performance & Compensation

  • Provide input on compensation benchmarking and salary structures as needed.

  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support basic reporting and documentation needs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between global HR strategies and local execution across APAC.

  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR leadership and global People partners to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to the development and localization of HR policies, procedures, and playbooks for APAC locations, including Singapore, Australia and The Philippines.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or People Business Partner, including at least 2 years supporting international or multi-country teams, preferably in APAC.

  • Strong working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding, and HR operations best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting employees in Singapore, including familiarity with MOM requirements, employment contracts, statutory benefits, and local compliance obligations. Exposure to Australia employment frameworks is strongly preferred.

  • Experience handling employee relations matters, including performance management and policy interpretation, with the ability to document issues thoroughly and escalate complex cases to global partners when needed.

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive situations impartially.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with comfort collaborating across cultures, time zones, and levels of the organization.
