Job Description- Arrange and perform regular internal and external EHS audit to ensure the EHS compliance implementation in the company (ISO45001, F&IU).
- Cooperate with the facility department to improve the air exhausting systems in workshops where use the chemicals, ensure the industry hygiene compliance in the workshop and other ad-hoc facility projects.
- Conduct the job hazard assessment and PPE assessment, define the PPE requirement, conduct the training and ensure the implementation for PPE wearing.
- Implement the occupational disease prevention system to ensure the staff are free from occupational disease; analyze the occupational examination result of employees and follow the prevention method to prevent occupational disease cases.
- Implement the instruction from the government’s hygiene department etc. and ensure the compliance to the local codes.
- Organize the incident investigation for near miss, first aid and injury cases and trace the follow up actions to prevent the work related injury.
- Develop and conduct the EHS training to the staff, regularly sharing on EHS related news.
- Monitor the compliance of the Special Equipment.
- Arrange EHS meetings for departments at the Plant and provide necessary EHS related reports.
- Things arranged by superiors.
- A minimum of B.S./B.A. degree in Engineering, Environmental, or Natural Sciences, or in other related technical disciplines in safety or industry hygiene.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the EHS area.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the local EHS codes and laws.
- Necessary certificates / Training record related to ISO standards and other EHS related courses
- Certified First-Aider is highly preferred
