Role Summary

The Sr. Director, Infrastructure & Connectivity – Asia Pacific is a senior regional leadership role responsible for the strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and operations of cloud and network services across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Vice President, Infrastructure Connectivity & Operations, this position leads an integrated regional organization and is accountable for delivering secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure services. The role will translate enterprise strategy into regional execution, advance modernization and service excellence, and partner across business and technology teams to support growth, innovation, and business continuity. This leader will also contribute to global priorities by shaping standards, sharing best practices, and representing regional requirements in enterprise planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Leadership: Lead the Asia Pacific infrastructure and connectivity strategy, aligning regional priorities with enterprise direction and business requirements. Provide clear accountability for performance, execution, and outcomes across cloud and network services.
  • End-to-End Service Ownership: Oversee the full-service lifecycle across cloud and network domains, including architecture, engineering, implementation, service delivery, and 24/7 operations. Ensure services are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs and agreed service levels.
  • Modernization and Transformation: Drive cloud adoption, network modernization, automation, and AI-enabled operations to improve agility, resilience, and efficiency. Advance infrastructure engineering practices and accelerate the adoption of modern platforms and operating models across the region.
  • Security, Risk, and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure services meet enterprise security standards, regulatory obligations, and resilience requirements across Asia Pacific. Strengthen disaster recovery, continuity, and audit readiness in partnership with security and control functions.
  • Stakeholder and Business Partnership: Partner with business technology leaders, enterprise stakeholders, and global peers to deliver regional and enterprise priorities. Lead vendor relationships and oversee financial performance to ensure service quality, value, and effective execution.
  • Talent and Organizational Effectiveness: Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive team with strong capabilities across cloud and network disciplines. Develop talent, strengthen succession, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across infrastructure, cloud, and network services, including responsibility for regional or global teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and operations within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise networking, infrastructure security, resiliency, and service management.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation, drive operational excellence, and manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and financial relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading integrated cloud and network organizations across multiple countries within Asia Pacific.
  • Track record of advancing modernization through automation, AI-enabled operations, and contemporary infrastructure engineering practices.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical strategy into clear business value.
  • Experience working effectively within a highly matrixed, global enterprise environment.
