Introduction:
Part of the team responsible for supporting daily operation logistics requests from TD engineers, such as FA (Failure Analysis) sample submissions, collect/send TD wafers to/fro Fab and labs, etc
Your Job
Supports the team in some of the following areas, under the guidance of engineers/managers:

Work closely with Fab Production Control, YDD and TD engineers/mgrs.

To monitor, report and manage TD lots’ cycle time, WIP status and wafer-in-bank.

To monitor, report and manage monthly wafer start for all TD integration departments
-
To monitor, report and manage TD Priority lots (P1) quota and swap requests
-
To monitor, report and manage Failure Analysis slots allocation for TD team
-
To monitor, report and manage TD invention disclosures submissions
-
To host monthly TD Managers/Engineers Awareness meetings
-
To administer TD/F7 Ops Weekend/Public Holiday Duty Roster
-
Support on IT code/Scrap code/PA code/GMPL setup for new approved TD programs
-
Compile TD monthly KPI/OKR report and data analysis.

Coordinate and facilitate weekly/monthly SPSR & PCRB review with TD & NTG mgrs./engrs
-
TD portal and sharepoint set up & maintenance
-
Tracking of TD execution errors and follow up on 8D analysis.

Administer TD new comers training matrix, tracking completion status and drive compliance
-
TD welfare committee member
-
EHS and safety committee rep for TD dept
Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
-
Education: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
-
Years of Experience: Fresh graduates will be considered
-
Physical Capacity Demands recruiter to input and ensure accuracy of these requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in the semiconductor wafer fabrication industry

Independent, reliable, meticulous and with a strong desire to learn new skills
