Job Description:
The Supply Chain Systems Analytics, IBP role is crucial for optimizing and managing supply chain processes through the SAP IBP platform. This role involves leveraging SAP IBP knowledge to support global users with Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) issues, facilitating resolutions and changes across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise
- Proficient in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and transactional processes.
- Utilize software, analytical tools, business process knowledge, and supply chain concepts to research and analyze complex business problems, formulating effective solutions.
- Understand the core principles of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning within SAP.
- Execute IBP master data checks and manage open cycle requirements for the monthly S&OP process.
- Lead initiatives to automate IBP master data checks in collaboration with IT and Business Analysts.
- Enhance RCCP training and operational procedures to boost productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transactional and technical issues in IBP and SAP, working closely with IT and Business Analysts to develop solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure systems meet specified requirements and perform as expected, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze RCCP business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the first line of support or escalation for troubleshooting issues with stable business applications.

Communication
- Assist in the development of business process documentation.
- Participate in Demand & Supply Agreement Meetings, offering analysis and recommendations to address stakeholder inquiries.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement solutions.
- Work closely with Supply Network Planners to set targets, monitor performance, review exceptions, and take appropriate actions
Continuous Improvement
- Leverage system reports, planning views, and queries in SAP, IBP, BW, and Analysis to enhance decision-making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose solutions to boost productivity.
- Review IBP alerts and irregular data points, working proactively with Supply Network Planners and operations to monitor performance, address exceptions, and take appropriate actions.
Requisite Criteria & Skills Qualifications:
- Preferred: BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge and experience with SAP (MRP, IBP, APO, SCM, Business Intelligence tools) and a conceptual understanding of supply chain transactional processes.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Conceptual understanding of supply, demand, and logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Creative individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional research abilities, capable of determining data requirements and applying quantitative methods to analyze and solve complex business problems.
- High technical aptitude, with the ability to understand new tools, data, and data storage structures.
- Experience in roles requiring the use of quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems.
