Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist, Product Rollout (Subscription & Loyalty) to support both our in-house marketing suite and high-impact retention levers of subscriptions, loyalty and partnerships. You will lead various product GTM enablement initiatives - go-to-market business plans, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product documentation, marketer training & engagement, product hyper-care and problem troubleshooting. 

You will be part of the bigger Product Deployment team handling 15 markets across APAC & EU. As the liaison between regional/local marketing stakeholders and our product teams, you will also be responsible for consolidating business needs, building structured business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

Product GTM & Playbooks

  • Understand customer preferences, market nuances and business goals to structure GTM playbooks and align stakeholders on how to launch and operate the product
  • Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives for regional and local teams across operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams.
  • Build business pitch templates and presentation decks for the Partnerships team to easily replicate and use when pitching our loyalty/partnership capabilities to external brands

Product Discovery & Utilisation

  • Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams to gather product feedback, identify customer pain points, and refine feature requests.
  • Translate marketing opportunities & operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team.
  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of product tools within the designated scope

Product Launch Support - UAT & Troubleshooting

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for all new features for subscriptions, loyalty and partnerships - including working with external partners to scope partnership integrations, manage projects and support launches
  • Lead user-acceptance-testing (UAT) for launches, including planning simple test cases, simulating environments to test product functionality and supporting on troubleshooting problems during product hypercare phase

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the product and regional teams
  • Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
  • Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in product operations/support, product marketing or user growth operations roles in a multi-region or global company
  • Understanding or interest in consumer app growth programmes (eg. subscriptions, loyalty or vouchers) and an appreciation of the modern mobile app growth stack including MarTech tools like CRM, segmentation, experimentation & AB testing
  • Strong business acumen to understand how partnerships work and the related sales cycle - how partnerships are negotiated, building for partnership success and the related tech discovery and integration process 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple dependencies and ensure alignment with operational requirements
  • Strong execution focus in a technology-driven organisation - able to learn quickly how internal tools and platforms operate, configure & test scenarios, deploy product effectively across different markets
