What you will do:

  • Support onboarding and approval of new raw materials and suppliers.
  • Qualify new and alternate materials and create traceable specifications.
  • Escalate risks for materials missing qualification timelines.
  • Raise and track supplier qualification and new part number requests.
  • Update Vendor Supply Chain Integrity (VSCI) information.
  • Manage vendor performance to improve delivery, quality, and compliance.
  • Handle AP inquiries, including invoice issues.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; diploma holders with relevant cGMP manufacturing experience may apply.
  • Comfortable with a 1-year contract (possibility to convert to permanent).
  • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP applications is an advantage.
  • Experience using SAP and/or Trackwise systems.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
