  • Lead and participate in Front Office, Counterparty, and Custodian service review meetings, including performance scoring and reviews with internal stakeholders and management.

  • Provide ad hoc reporting on benchmarking, exception reviews, and financial impacts, including risks and benefits.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Monitor failed and incomplete trades, ensuring resolution with Front Office while tracking error trends across products, counterparties, and custodians to drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to risk management activities, including risk assessments, incident documentation (gaps, errors, potential failure points), and disaster recovery testing and preparedness.

  • Act as subject matter expert supporting process and workflow enhancements, risk reduction initiatives, system improvements, and UAT testing.

  • Support onboarding and account events including fund launches, mergers, conversions, share class launches, liquidations, in-specie transfers, and custodian changes, ensuring successful execution and Day 1 readiness; recommend support models with Supervisor or Manager input.

Team & Collaboration:

  • Support team development through training, task allocation, and workflow planning, while helping build overall team capability.

  • Develop solutions to critical business issues and present recommendations to management, contributing to cross-functional and departmental projects, including leading selected initiatives.

  • Build market and product knowledge by tracking industry trends and new products, collaborating with Network Management teams to deepen local market understanding, and incorporating insights from industry forums into team practices.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:
