Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain authorizations, accesses, controls, and segregations of duties in strict compliance with the company’s standards.

• Perform Functional, Unit, Regression testing of the authorizations introduced.

• Overseeing and advising on the SOX controls relevant to SAP S/4 and BW/4 systems.

• Assist the CoE team with the regular access/control/SoD audits.

• Work collaboratively with the Testing Centre of Excellence to ensure that the developed solution functions correctly.

• Engage in the development of security roles and profiles.

• Guide the developers and functional consultants on the correct approach to roles/authorizations design.

• Work with project/release management to document and communicate risks and issues.

• Ensure alignment to Sun Life SDLC and internal standards and compliance.

• Transition projects and enhancements to Operations

• Collaborate closely with our internal teams (e.g. data architects, designers, business to business, business intelligence/reporting, server management, etc.) to deliver solutions for business needs.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 - 8 years of experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant (a combination of S/4 and BW/4 experience preferred).

• Experience working/configuring SAP GRC (at least one full-cycle implementation).

• Strong understanding of SOX control requirements around security, SoD.

• Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall

• Experience working with application vendors and building solutions involving integrating vendor applications into existing environment.

• Experience with Fiori roles and catalogues.

• Experience with creating effective design documentation and diagrams.

• Experience with roles for FI/GL/AP solutions.

• Experience with roles for SAP BW/4 and S/4 reporting solutions (Design Studio, Bex, CDS).

• SAP Certification: Technology Associate (SAP Security and Authorizations) or its analogue.
