Job Description

  • Support and drive commission revenue performance across 17 markets within Delivery Hero’s food vertical.
  • Help design, implement, and evolve commission and take rate strategies, including floors, ceilings, tiers, and dynamic commission structures, to balance restaurant acquisition, engagement, and long-term profitability across markets.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to roll out and manage changes to commercial policies, ensuring clear governance, alignment, and smooth execution across markets.
  • Build and maintain financial and scenario-based models to assess the P&L impact of pricing and commission changes, translating complex market inputs into scalable and compliant commercial frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, Regional Commercial teams) to deliver revenue initiatives, support go-to-market execution, and track performance post-launch.
  • Act as a project owner or key contributor for multiple concurrent initiatives, driving timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Experience working with regional or remote stakeholders across multiple geographies (e.g. Asia and/or Europe).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into practical commercial decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in project management and go-to-market execution, preferably in pricing, revenue, commercial strategy, or product-related initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
