Role OverviewThe SEA Pre-sales & Post-sales Solution Specialist (EPOS) supports the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia by bridging technical capabilities with partner requirements. This role is responsible for solution design, partner integrations, and post-implementation technical support for EPOS and payment solutions across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Sales and partners to understand technical requirements and design suitable POS and payment solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, and support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.
- Support system integration and implementation with partners across SEA markets.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and coordinate with internal Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Gather partner feedback and contribute to continuous product and solution improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Implementation within B2B software, SaaS, fintech, or payment-related industries.
- Experience with API integrations, system integrations, or cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with POS or payment solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
