The Team:

Our Solutions Architect team is instrumental in driving client success and retention by ensuring optimal utilization of our Channels Data Delivery Solutions, including Xpressfeed, API, and Cloud Services, across the ASEAN region. This team acts as the primary contact for end-users, proactively addressing complex client business challenges and translating them into tangible value through our product offerings. We pride ourselves on collaborative problem-solving, fostering strong client relationships, and continually enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities and Impact:

 Act as a product specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence’s (GMI) datafeed solutions, assisting sales and ensuring clients effectively understand, ingest, and utilize our data.

 Deploy and configure feed solutions at client sites, collaborating with internal and client technical support to ensure seamless integration within their environment.

 Deliver comprehensive training to clients, enabling them to maximize value from our content and platforms, directly contributing to subscription retention.

 Identify opportunities to expand the use of our feed solutions within client organizations and provide feedback to product teams to inform enhancements and new product development.

 Serve as a primary regional contact for clients, gathering insights on their applications, content needs, and technical environments to proactively support their success and identify potential for additional sales.

 All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution.

 An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Product Specialist in a similar role.

 Proficiency in database query languages like SQL or programming languages such as Python, R, or similar analytical tools.

 We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

 CFA designation or demonstrable progress toward completion.

 Actively listens, seeking to understand diverse perspectives and concerns from clients and internal stakeholders.

 Actively participates and contributes towards team goals, fostering a collaborative environment.

 Prioritizes tasks based on importance and urgency, consistently delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

 Uses previous experience to identify appropriate courses of action and improve existing client-facing approaches.
