The Opportunity
This analytical role is responsible for supporting key Supply Chain solution initiatives and re-engineering projects. This focuses on supporting analysis in the areas of Material Flow Optimization, Facility Design, Commercial Modelling and Knowledge Management solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders both internal and external to attain the project results and objective within the agreed timeframe.

Solution Design Support - Conduct, monitor updates and improve functionality and reporting of Solution Register as sales opportunity database source reference. Support the development of smart modelling tools in different areas such as mathematical, process, financial and data modelling in solution design function. Prepare Drawings in 2D CAD/ 3D REVIT and presentations to highlight in exact detail the requirements for layouts and designs.

Re-Engineering Project Support - Support the analysis of product profiles for the purposes of slotting optimization, inventory planning, automation and operations insights. Assist in conducting process mapping, time and motion study to determine or validate productivity and identify bottlenecks leading to derive potential solutions. Assist in analysis for projects in development of smart dashboards, process automation and investment modelling.

General Project Support - Implementation and development of Digital tools to support knowledge management, proposal development, tender coordination and customer virtual interactions. As part of the overall group, support the continuous development and deployment of engagement methodology and related tools, templates and techniques and internal training programs. Support re-engineering assignments and client solution engagements.
To Be Successful, you'll need:

Undergraduate qualifications in Mathematics/Engineering or Analytics and graduate qualifications (Masters) in Business/Industrial

3 years working experience in related/similar

Engineering and Mathematical/OR Modelling Skills.

Knowledge with MS Office including MS Excel (with VBA/macros) and BI tools such as Power BI (M/DAX), or Tableau, D3.js,

Programming capabilities including R &Python an advantage. Power Apps

Optimization applications (e.g. Lllamasoft). Layout in terms of WH and Design tools - AutoCAD, Sketchup/AutoCAD/REVIT BIM

Process Simulation – Arena, Simman, Promodel
