Supports warehouse operations by receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching goods. Performs inventory counts, maintains accurate records, assists with loading and unloading, and keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following established procedures.

Supervise marine-site and vessel lifting operations, ensuring compliance with approved lifting plans, risk assessments, safety procedures, and marine requirements. Conduct pre-lift checks and toolbox meetings, verify crane and rigging certifications, coordinate riggers, crane operators, vessel crews, contractors, and clients, stop unsafe work, report incidents, and maintain lifting records.

Oversee HSSE activities across warehouse and shipping operations, including site inspections, Gemba walks, audits, risk assessments, hazard controls, regulatory compliance, safety training, incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety culture initiatives. The role maintains ISO management system compliance, supports permit-to-work applications and site assessments, and communicates safety requirements to stakeholders. Candidates need extensive warehouse safety experience, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge, a diploma or degree, and ISO internal auditor certification.

Leads end-to-end finance transformation and automation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, requirements, business cases, and benefits realization. Coordinates Finance, IT, and enterprise stakeholders; prepares executive and board reporting; drives change management, process adoption, resource allocation, and compliance. Applies Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to deliver projects within strategic, financial, and operational objectives.

Perform warehouse inbound/outbound operations, picking, checking, loading/unloading, arranging and cycle counts. Follow 5S standards, report issues, and comply with stacking, weight, and special handling requirements.

Perform inbound/outbound receiving and stuffing, issue and transfer materials for production, cycle and inventory counts, QC sampling, waste disposal, and follow EHS/GMP SOPs. Report damage and assist supervisors with assigned warehouse tasks.

Perform daily warehouse duties including MHE checks, stock transfers, system receipts, cycle counts, outbound order accuracy, cargo schedule monitoring, documentation validation, discrepancy escalation, and maintaining warehouse safety and housekeeping.

Support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatching, forklift operation, goods receiving, inventory storage accuracy, cycle counts, 5S adherence, safety/compliance, and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading/unloading, and basic record updates in a warehouse. Follow safety and work instructions and support daily warehouse operations.

Coordinate end-to-end air and ocean import/export operations (FCL, LCL, AIR, cross-trade), prepare shipping and customs documentation, liaise with carriers/agents, monitor shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, manage billing and cost control, resolve operational issues, maintain records in operations systems, and support continuous improvement.

Perform inbound/outbound receiving, picking, and general warehouse tasks. Operate forklift and other MHE, support cycle counts/stock takes, follow safety and compliance, and assist supervisors with ad-hoc duties.

Perform floor and trolley picking and packing (~70%), operate forklifts/reach trucks/order pickers, handle minor machine replenishment, manage labeling coordination, and use WMS/WhatsApp for communication. Must be physically fit, able to lift ~5kg, work shifts including alternate Saturdays, do overtime, and pass pre-employment checks. Right to work in Singapore required.

Support warehouse operations including order processing, receiving, stock transfers, cycle counts, outbound accuracy, cargo handling, MHE checks, documentation validation, and use of WMS and electronic tools. Ensure safety and escalate discrepancies or customs non-conformities.

Perform daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, receiving, loading/unloading; update WMS/SAP records; support inventory control and cycle counts; operate basic warehouse equipment (where certified); follow safety and 5S standards; communicate issues to supervisors and assist productivity targets.

Coordinate and signal lifting operations, inspect lifting equipment and attachments, read lift plans, measure and calculate loads, collaborate with crane operators and operations teams, identify and mitigate safety hazards, maintain communication, and participate in safety training.

Support sales initiatives and CRM data quality, produce reports and dashboards, assist incentive governance, onboarding and bid support, and lead projects to improve sales operations and reporting.

Perform warehouse loading/unloading, container stuffing/un-stuffing, material handling equipment operation and maintenance, stock control, cargo consolidation, documentation validation, safety compliance, and use RF handhelds/WMS to support continuous improvement and end-to-end logistics processes.

Provide administrative support for HSE programs: maintain safety records and training matrices, compile safety performance and incident reports, assist with training and statutory/tender documents, coordinate with vendors/clients, and ensure HSE compliance and documentation upkeep.

Perform warehouse stock movements, operate WMS for inventory tracking, support warehouse administration, audits and stock checks, load/unload milk-run lorries, record humidity readings, maintain 5S housekeeping, and assist general warehouse operations.
