Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, checking, picking, packing and preparing goods for delivery, while ensuring that inventory is handled accurately and the warehouse is kept clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform picking and packing of goods according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
  • Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, product condition and accuracy.
  • Receive, unload and properly store goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare goods and documentation for delivery and dispatch.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
  • Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled and secured to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Conduct basic stock checks and inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established warehouse procedures.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
  • Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.
