Job Description

Shape the Future of Digital Employee Experience in Japan!

As Nexthink continues its expansion into Japan, we are looking for a skilled Solutions Consultant to support our growing business. This role is critical in helping enterprise organizations understand the power of Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the value of Nexthink’s platform, and working closely with sales, services, and partner teams to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Growth – Work alongside the sales team to qualify leads and demonstrate how Nexthink addresses critical business challenges.
  • Consult with Enterprise Clients – Engage with IT leadership, End User Computing teams, and other key stakeholders to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can provide measurable value.
  • Run Proof of Value Engagements – Design and execute customer-specific proof-of-value initiatives that showcase the impact of Nexthink’s technology.
  • Lead Value-Based Workshops – Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions to align Nexthink’s capabilities with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Support Large-Scale Enterprise Deals – Leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive complex sales opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with Partners – Work closely with channel and technology partners to drive joint go-to-market success in Japan.
  • Be a Thought Leader – Participate in industry events, marketing initiatives, and customer briefings to elevate Nexthink’s presence in Japan.
  • Ensure Market Alignment – Adapt Nexthink’s value propositions to the unique needs of the Japanese market and business culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a sales-focused technical role (pre-sales, solutions consulting, or similar) within Japan’s enterprise IT sector.
  • Track record of introducing new technologies to the Japanese market and driving adoption within enterprise organizations.
  • Deep expertise in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace management, or digital experience management.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese business culture – ability to build trust, navigate enterprise decision-making processes, and work effectively within hierarchical organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English – ability to engage with both local and global teams.
  • Experience with ITIL, IT service management, cloud migrations, or workplace transformation projects is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable – thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
