The Solution Architect will design Salesforce solutions, guide teams, document processes, and build client relationships, with a focus on sales process improvement.

Solution Architect with minimum 5 years experience designing Salesforce solutions and guiding teams on how to move from an organization's functional requirements and how end users work in Salesforce to achieve business goals to technical user stories, including an understanding of how those user stories should be built to maintain good architecture and best practice tools; Interfacing with the build team to guide them and lead teams in conducting testing, deployment, and support activities. Must be able to understand how an entire complex system should manage its own data, UI/UX, and at a functional level interface with other systems via integration to achieve an organization's business goals. Must have experience in authoring solution design documentation, including process flows, ERDs, user stories, and overall solution design documents. Experience in interfacing directly with the clients and building strong rapport and interpersonal relationships critical. Salesforce Admin Certification required. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Admin, and others not required but desirable. Experience in leading teams of business analysts desired.
Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Has 10+ years of professional services consulting experience.
- Has 5+ years of Salesforce solution experience
- Has defined and led the design (mix of consultant and client team) of a full lead-to-order life-cycle sales solutions in Salesforce.com for at least 2 multi- national/global companies that sell complex product offerings.
- Has led the process definition for sales lead, opportunity and account management solutions in Salesforce.com.
- Has led the design and training of sales processes enable through Salesforce using tools like Lucid, Vizio and Jira.
- Participated in the application developer's sprint build and review sessions to ensure as-designed, quality and completeness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to train and mentor other professionals
- The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferences:
- Certification in Salesforce.com.
- Experience in developing future state business roadmaps
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
