The Role
As a Solution Architect, you will define and oversee end-to-end solution architectures that align with business requirements, technology standards, and security policies. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise technology standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to guide implementation and ensure architectural integrity.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Document solution designs, integration patterns, and reusable assets to support enterprise architecture governance.
  • Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on architecture best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with end-to-end solution design responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture domains (applications, data, infrastructure, security).
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to solution design.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in financial services or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of data governance, data modelling, and integration with big data platforms.
