Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platform solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and engineers, to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Participate in the implementation of application enhancements, system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability.
• Support code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes while adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software development, application engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
