Your role at Dynatrace

As a Software Engineer on the team you will:
  • Design and ship platform-level features end-to-end — from design and implementation through testing and release.
  • Help shape APIs that other engineering teams rely on, treating backward compatibility and clear contracts as part of the job.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, design decisions, and code reviews.
  • Work in a modern web stack — TypeScript and React — alongside a toolbox of supporting technologies, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Care about the fundamentals of the web — semantic HTML, CSS, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of engineers who value teamwork, code reviews, and building software end-to-end together.
  • Work on the architecture that runs apps built by many different teams in isolation, providing a secure and reliable experience for our users.
What will help you succeed
  • Solid experience developing web-based software with JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS.
  • Good knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices.
  • Genuine interest in accessibility and writing software that works for everyone.
  • A thoughtful approach to engineering — you think in trade-offs, you write code with the next maintainer in mind.
  • Being hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, self-organization, and analytical skills
  • A practical understanding of AI tools and how to use them well in everyday engineering
  • Curiosity and a willingness to always learn.
Nice to have
  • Experience designing APIs or libraries consumed by other developers.
  • Experience building platforms, SDKs, micro-frontends, or plugin systems
  • Experience with Node.js tooling, modern build systems, or monorepo setups.
  • Hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot - our team owns a small backend service (Java).

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

  • Base salary range — 16.833 - 21.000 PLN gross per month with higher pay based on experience and qualifications
