Lead and scale APAC post-sales operations: own regional operating model, lead analysts, partner with CS/Support/Services, deliver programs, implement automation and AI-enabled improvements, and provide executive reporting and regional feedback to global standards.

Recruit, develop and manage channel partners to generate software license and services revenue. Build joint go-to-market strategies, drive partner-sourced pipeline, run business reviews, track forecasts and KPIs, and collaborate with regional sales teams. Travel 25-50% to onboard partners and ensure successful execution of partner initiatives.

Drive land-and-expand enterprise sales across segments (especially public sector). Qualify opportunities, manage full sales cycles, present proposals, cultivate executive relationships, and expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell.

As a Technology Consultant II, you'll deliver services on the Dynatrace Platform, monitor applications, assist clients in troubleshooting, and enhance their cloud adoption.
