Leads strategic enterprise customer programs for Dynatrace adoption and business outcomes. Responsibilities include program governance, executive stakeholder management, roadmaps, delivery oversight, risk and dependency management, customer adoption, organizational change, and value realization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, partners, and customer stakeholders across Asia-Pacific, facilitates governance forums, and directly manages projects when needed. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualify leads, profile target accounts, and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. Research account needs, execute telemarketing and database programs, support event attendance, maintain forecasts, provide marketing feedback, and use data, CRM, technology, and AI to improve engagement and pipeline generation.

Lead APAC field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline, revenue, account engagement and brand awareness. Manage and develop regional field marketing managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, oversee budgets, use analytics to measure performance, and balance global strategy with hands-on local execution. Travel within APAC up to 30%.
