Lead and scale APAC post-sales operations: own regional operating model, lead analysts, partner with CS/Support/Services, deliver programs, implement automation and AI-enabled improvements, and provide executive reporting and regional feedback to global standards.

Designs and delivers sales development enablement programs for APAC SDRs: onboarding, workshops, 1:1 coaching, tool training and program management. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Global Enablement to close knowledge gaps, improve SDR productivity, measure program effectiveness, and adapt global initiatives locally.

Drive co-sell and channel engagement with AWS, Azure, and GCP across APAC. Build and scale joint sales plays, enable regional sellers, drive cloud marketplace private offers, create pipeline with cloud partners, track co-sell bookings and adoption, and represent Dynatrace at partner and field events.
