Teams at Dynatrace

Leads architecture, consulting, and implementation strategy for complex Dynatrace observability engagements. Designs scalable enterprise and cloud solutions, integrations, governance models, implementation roadmaps, and transition plans. Advises customers, supports proposals and delivery estimates, manages technical risk, mentors consultants, and drives best practices across observability, automation, security, cloud, and IT operations. The role requires customer-facing workshops, executive communication, and occasional travel.

Leads strategic enterprise customer programs for Dynatrace adoption and business outcomes. Responsibilities include program governance, executive stakeholder management, roadmaps, delivery oversight, risk and dependency management, customer adoption, organizational change, and value realization. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, partners, and customer stakeholders across Asia-Pacific, facilitates governance forums, and directly manages projects when needed. Travel up to 25% is required.

Lead APAC field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline, revenue, account engagement and brand awareness. Manage and develop regional field marketing managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, oversee budgets, use analytics to measure performance, and balance global strategy with hands-on local execution. Travel within APAC up to 30%.
