What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of applications and systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
- Managing and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ensuring compliance with OCBC's technology standards and best practices
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Who you are
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in application development, with a focus on leadership and management
- Strong technical skills in programming languages, software development methodologies, and technology platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation
