What You'll Be Doing- Develop application features with your Java expertise, following industry-standard best practices
- Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Golang with a focus on system reliability and performance
- Write efficient SQL queries and implement database optimizations for PostgreSQL databases
- Monitor API performance of web applications and implement improvements to enhance response times
- Resolve critical issues and production bugs in a timely manner through systematic debugging and testing
- Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the codebase
- Contribute to internal tools that streamline operations and automate workflows for increased efficiency
- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity
- Proficient in Java development with solid understanding of multithreading and performance optimization
- Experience with SQL query writing and database performance tuning
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge of software design patterns and object-oriented principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- CS/Engineering graduate or equivalent with demonstrated programming capabilities
- Strong Java developer with solid understanding of core language concepts
- Skilled in SQL query writing and database interaction
- Analytical thinker who approaches problems methodically
